  • Final pricing may change if additional prep work, repairs, or unforeseen conditions are discovered.

  • Written estimates are valid for a limited time, as stated in the estimate.

No work will begin without client approval of the agreed estimate.

3. Scheduling & Project Timeline

Project start dates are subject to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Material availability

  • Prior project completion

  • Client readiness

While we strive to meet projected timelines, Shine Works is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including weather or supply chain disruptions.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in your written estimate or agreement.

Typically:

  • A deposit may be required before work begins.

  • Remaining balances are due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may result in additional fees.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide access to the property during scheduled work hours.

  • Remove personal belongings and valuables from work areas.

  • Ensure pets and children are kept away from active work zones.

Shine Works is not responsible for items left in work areas.

​

6. Insurance & Liability

Shine Works is fully insured.

While we take reasonable precautions to protect your property, Shine Works is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Structural defects

  • Issues arising from improper prior work

  • Normal wear and tear

Any claims must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after project completion.

7. Warranty

Warranty terms, if offered, will be outlined in writing within the project agreement.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to moisture intrusion

  • Structural movement

  • Improper maintenance

  • Natural disasters or extreme weather events

8. Intellectual Property
