Refund Policy

At Shine Works, we are committed to providing high-quality painting and surface services. This Refund Policy outlines how payments, deposits, and refunds are handled.

1. Deposits

A deposit may be required before scheduling and beginning work.

Deposits secure your project date and cover initial material and preparation costs.
Deposits are generally non-refundable once materials have been purchased or work has been scheduled.

If a project is canceled before materials are purchased and scheduling has been confirmed, Shine Works may issue a partial refund at its discretion.

2. Cancellations

Clients must notify Shine Works as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule a project.

Cancellations made before materials are ordered may be eligible for a partial refund.
Cancellations made after materials have been purchased or work has begun are not eligible for a refund of labor or material costs already incurred.

3. Completed Work

Due to the nature of painting and surface services:

Once work has been completed according to the agreed scope, refunds are not provided.
If concerns arise, Shine Works must be given the opportunity to inspect and address any issues within a reasonable timeframe.

We stand behind our workmanship and will work with clients to resolve legitimate concerns in good faith.

4. Change Orders

If additional work is requested beyond the original estimate:

A revised estimate or change order will be provided.
Additional work must be approved before completion.
Payments for approved change orders are non-refundable once work has been performed.

5. Materials

Paint and materials purchased specifically for your project are non-refundable once ordered, tinted, or opened.

6. Disputes

If a client believes there is an issue with services provided, they must notify Shine Works promptly so the matter can be reviewed and addressed.

We are committed to fair communication and reasonable resolution of concerns.
